Patients often seek therapy for a variety of reasons, be it after developing symptoms of depression, feelings of anxiety, sleeplessness, or issues at work or in their relationships. My goal is to try and provide the individual with at least one new skill or help them process issues that matter to him or her. I use a variety of psychological techniques in combination with psychoeducation, as well as relaxation techniques.
