I completed a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, am APA Accredited Psychology program. I completed a behavioral medicine internship at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints in Racine, WI before completing a post-doctoral residency in Health Psychology with an emphasis in Pain Management and Gero-psychology from Psychology Specialists in Decatur, IL. I also hold a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University-Glendale and a master's degree in Psychopharmacology from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM, as well as a certification in hypnosis from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.  

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help individuals and couples reach their desired goals in life. I utilize a variety of relaxation techniques including hypnosis to help patients manage their overall symptoms. 

I specialize in helping individuals living with chronic pain and chronic medical conditions, as well as I have a significant background treating military service members and veterans.
